Yula is firmly committed to protecting the rights and interests of minors and maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any form of child abuse, exploitation, and/or sexual behavior involving children. Any user who fails to comply with Yula’s policies for the protection of minors (under the age of 18), as outlined below, will be permanently banned from the platform and may be subject to penalties imposed by law enforcement authorities.
● You must be at least 18 years old to use Yula.
● Any attempt to falsify age information to access the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension or permanent banning.
Yula uses both automated and manual systems to detect underage activity and instances of child sexual exploitation and abuse. Any attempt to bypass or evade these detection systems is strictly prohibited. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following:
● Sharing, producing, or distributing content involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
● Content involving sexual fetishization of minors, including discussions, sexual performances, or wearing sexually suggestive clothing.
● Any form of child nudity or sexualized depiction, including artistic expressions such as drawings or animations.
● Threatening, encouraging, or carrying out physical violence against minors.
● Psychological abuse, coercion, or manipulation of minors.
● Depicting or encouraging minors to engage in dangerous activities.
● Promoting or depicting neglect or trafficking of minors.
● Minors are strictly prohibited from appearing in live streams, videos, or any other form of content.
● Creating or managing accounts on behalf of minors is prohibited.
● Attempting to falsify age information to gain access to the platform is prohibited.
● Incidents involving child abuse will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
● Users may report potential violations through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us via support@partypolaris.com.
● Any individual who has been legally determined to have committed crimes against children—including but not limited to sexual assault, physical abuse, neglect, or child trafficking—is strictly prohibited from using this platform.
● Any violation of this Child Safety Policy will result in immediate enforcement action against the account.
● Depending on the severity of the violation, Yula may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigations.
We educate users about child safety through the following measures:
● Publishing this Child Safety Policy on our platform.
● Providing prompts and reminders during content creation and sharing to prevent risky or harmful situations.
