This Convention applies to all content and behaviors on the Yula platform. Please read it carefully and comply with it before using the platform’s services.

● Compliance with laws and respect for others

All users must comply with applicable local laws and regulations as well as this Convention while using the platform. In the event of a violation, we may take measures including but not limited to content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or device bans, and may do so without prior notice where appropriate.

When browsing, publishing content, interacting, or engaging in voice communication on the platform, users shall comply with the following rules:

Please discuss short drama content and topics of interest rationally, respect differing viewpoints, and avoid provoking conflicts, spamming, or malicious harassment. The platform prohibits the publication or dissemination of the following content:

● Insults, defamation, or malicious attacks against others

● Content involving personal threats, intimidation, or harassment

● Vulgar, obscene, indecent, or offensive expressions

● Hate speech or discriminatory remarks based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability, nationality/ethnic origin, or other identities or attributes protected by applicable law

Users must follow platform rules and must not use the platform to engage in any illegal or non-compliant activities, including but not limited to:

● Disseminating illegal, harmful, or legally prohibited content

● Speech or behavior involving violence, terrorism, or extremism

● Organizing or participating in any form of illegal activity

● Disseminating or depicting pornographic content

● Respect the dignity, privacy, and lawful rights and interests of others

● Do not disclose others’ personal information without permission

● Do not impersonate others, falsify identities, or mislead other users

● Encourage the publication of healthy content related to short dramas, plot discussions, and interest sharing

● Do not publish false information, misleading content, or malicious marketing messages

● Any form of advertising, fraud, or inducive transaction information is strictly prohibited

Chatrooms provide users with spaces for short-form drama discussions and interest-based exchanges. During voice communication, users shall:

● Use civil language and avoid inappropriate remarks

● Refrain from personal attacks, harassment, or malicious disruption

● Not disseminate illegal, vulgar, or publicly inappropriate content

● Respect chatroom order and comply with reasonable management by the platform and room hosts

● The platform places great importance on the protection of minors

● Users must not publish, disseminate, or induce inappropriate content involving minors

● The platform adopts a zero-tolerance policy toward any behavior suspected of infringing upon the rights and interests of minors

● For rules related to the protection of minors, please refer to the Child Safety Policy

For violations of this Convention, the platform reserves the right to take measures based on the severity of the circumstances, including but not limited to:

● Removal or blocking of content

● Restriction of certain account functions

● Temporary or permanent account suspension

● Reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities

The platform’s enforcement actions are not exempted by whether the user was aware of the violation.

● The platform encourages users to jointly maintain a civil community environment

● If you discover any violations or inappropriate behavior, you may report them through the in-platform reporting function

● The platform will review and handle reports in accordance with laws and regulations

● The platform reserves the right to amend this Convention based on operational needs and changes in laws and regulations

● The updated Convention will be published on the platform and shall take effect immediately

● Continued use of the platform’s services constitutes acceptance of the updated Convention
