● You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, display, distribute, modify, and use such content for operational and related purposes.

● You represent and warrant that you have the legal rights to publish such content.

The Services may include virtual goods and paid content. You may purchase virtual currency through the Services (which is not real currency and has no monetary value). Virtual currency may be used to unlock short dramas or purchase virtual gifts. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

● All prices and payment methods will be clearly displayed on the purchase page.

● Your purchase may be subject to foreign exchange fees or location-based price differences (such as exchange rates).

● Except as otherwise required by law, all payments are non-refundable.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

In any event, our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us (if any) during a certain period prior to the event giving rise to the liability.

Upon termination, provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability shall continue to remain in effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of Yula. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure or delay in exercising any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
